Enchanted Eve is a shared cultural celebration that marks the passage of time through art and ritual and offers Roanoke Valley residents and visitors an alcohol-free, child-friendly alternative for New Year’s Eve. Situated in Vinton, the evening offers carriage rides, puppeteers, magicians, fabulous entertainment, and a multitude of craft activities. Those without children can enjoy a casino and NASCAR race car rally. A midnight processional and fireworks display will ring in the New Year.
