The High Country Beer Fest is the annual celebration of great craft beer, particularly highlighting breweries from the Appalachian region. Attendees are invited to sample craft beers, home-brewing club beers, and delicious food, while listening to local bands in the beautiful high country of North Carolina. Educational seminars cover all aspects of beer, brewing, and pairing food and beer. Proceeds benefit the Hospitality House in Boone and the first non-profit, educational brewpub in the country on the campus of Appalachian State University.
