This 13th annual festival celebrates the way spring creeps up the mountain sides and Earth Day. The festivities include environmental education booths, local and regional artisans, non-profits, children’s activities, music from local and regional acts on two stages and local food vendors. Catch the Spirit of Appalachia hosts the Traditional Heritage Walk and Youth Talent Contest. The Jackson County Greenways Project will sponsor a 5K race before the festival.
