Historic Cove Creek High School Grounds, 201 Dale Adams Rd Sugar Grove NC

Come enjoy an Old-Time country fair on the grounds of an historic WPA building.  Eevents include live music from 11am-5pm with clogging during the afternoon as well.  Also featuring beekeepig, quilting and weaving demonstrations, corn grinding, apple butter making and a horseshoe pitching contest.  Craft booths featuring locally-made crafts and demonstrations, e.g. folk toys, folk art, storybook dolls, sock animals, hand-knitted items, quilts, stained glass, dried flowers, beeswax candles, herbal soaps, woodcarvings, etc. along with a silent auction to benefit the local daycare.  Fun for the kids too!  Face painting, fire trucks, a petting zoo and miniature mules.  Hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ, funnel cakes and ice cream.
Tickets available at the gate.  $2 for adults, $1 for seniors over 60 and children.  Children under 5 free.  Free parking is nearby.
The Cove Creek Heritage Museum, located at the Historic Cove Creek High School, will be open during this Event.
