Historic 1908 Courthouse, 107 West Main Street, Independence, VA 24348

Join us as we celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Blue Ridge Parkway.  A parade of antique cars will begin in Fancy Gap, Virginia and travel through Independence, Virginia.  A Historical Exhibit of CC Camp Workers will be on display at the Historic 1908 Courthouse.  Area Artisans will sell their works on the Historic 1908 Courthouse lawn.  Local musicians will perform in the Gazebo as well.  Children’s games and activities will be held on the McKnight lot across from the 1908 Courthouse.
